About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and lead executive search engagements for clients across the Nordic market. You'll manage the full search process, from client briefing to candidate placement, working closely with organisations to find exceptional leadership talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive search and recruitment engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct market mapping, candidate assessment, and interviews
- Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and talent strategy
- Collaborate with the wider team on search strategy and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent advisory
- Strong network within the Nordic business community
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Icelandic and English
- Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
